I'll give another kudo to CPA Secure. We have used their services for more than 6-months now.

We previously used an FTP type solution for direct file transfers with our clients, but it was cumbersome and difficult to maintain inhouse.

The cpasecure service has really streamlined this process for us and the built-in file notfications are a dream come true.

I'm sure we could have lived without it for this tax season, but to the extent that we use it I wouldn't want to imagine that scenario and based on its affordability, I'm not really sure why anyone would want to live without it.

I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a secure cost effective way to exchange data electronically with their clients.

Mr. White,

I'm not quite so sure this is a "board" so to speak, but rather more of a blog.

Eitherway, if it makes you feel any better we use the CPA Secure service an are very pleased with it.

I personally know of 3 other firms that use it as well, one of which referred us and one of which we referred to them. It is a good service.

They have a free trial period so it wouldn't cost you anything to take a look at it for yourself.

If I remember correctly, they will customize your account with your company logo with that free trial. Which I thought was kind of nice.

Hope this helps.

I would like to hear some input from this board regarding CPA Secure.

Their website is www.cpasecure.com

This seems like a solid service product and it seems like every other person I talk to about secure online file exchange has either heard of it or uses it.

Several folks through accounting forums have said much about it, but I can't find anything on this site.
