For instance, the firm hierarchy will be leveled, because with IFRS everyone, young and old, will be starting at square one. Older partners will be mentored by younger staffers. Many older partners will just leave, creating new opportunities for staffers. But, alas, we'll still have busy season. It just won't be the same. IFRS alone will be a big change for U.S. CPAs.
