		<description>Very interesting.  It will be interesting to see whether this position will help more CPA&#039;s &quot;get&quot; SM and understand how to use SM to further their messages to their clients.

It&#039;s also interesting that BizActions has a module for managing IRC 7216 compliance for clients using their newsletter service.  I wonder if @-replies on public information are covered by IRC 7216?  Seems like there are a lot of blurred lines here, and it&#039;s not going to get any easier over time.
