Amy Vetter is an accomplished business executive, serial entrepreneur, national speaker, and CPA. Throughout her 20-plus years in business, Amy has learned how to balance work and life by feeding her soul with creativity including music, painting and yoga. But it wasn't always that way.

After making partner at an accounting firm at the young age of 32, Amy had an inner crisis on whether this was the right career path for her. Turning to yoga, Amy began to explore her values and creativity to reshape her outlook on work and life. Based on this pivotal moment, Amy can share insights on how to discover and align your authentic self and inner talents with the work you do to live a more balanced, innovative and satisfying life.

Amy can also talk about the need for women to support women in business. She can share her early experience as a CPA in which senior women at the accounting firm where she worked tried to push her down instead of giving her a hand up. And as a serial entrepreneur and the daughter of a small business owner, Amy can provide actionable advice on how to start, run and innovate in business even when you fail many times at first.

Entrepreneurship is in her blood. Amy is a third-generation entrepreneur who has launched and sold multiple businesses. Over the last 20-plus years, Amy has also held a variety of corporate leadership roles overseeing sales, education and marketing functions. Her diverse experience includes owning and operating yoga studios, accounting, and other business ventures.

Amy currently operates DRISHTIQ yoga, a studio that she founded in her hometown of Mason, Ohio which offers 50-plus classes a week, including next-generation virtual yoga services. Along with operating her yoga studio, she is the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) at Xero, a provider of cloud accounting software for small businesses and accounting professionals. In this role, she serves as Xero's champion for accounting and bookkeeping professionals in the Americas and designs, builds, and drives the growth of robust relationships in the company's partner ecosystem.

Amy has inspired thousands of small business owners and accountants as a national speaker on financial and technology topics at hundreds of events over the last 10 years throughout the U.S. and internationally. Amy regularly contributes articles to media outlets such as Entrepreneur, Inc., the Business Journals, CPA Practice Advisor and AccountingWEB.
