Expands Thomnson’s end-to-end tax software and compliance services.
NEW YORK — Thomson Tax & Accounting has finalized the acquisition of the Illinois-based Deloitte Tax LLP Sales & Use Outsourcing business.
Thomson Tax & Accounting will combine the Deloitte Sales & Use compliance business with its own Tax Partners service “to provide a full range of sales and use tax compliance solutions,” Thomson said. The deal positions Thomson to expand its end-to-end tax software and compliance services.
Terms were not disclosed. About 100 customers are affected. Thomson said all the U.S.-based Deloitte employees would be retained.
