NASBA: Kansas approves CPA license mobility
Joins 35 other states.
According to Maria Caldwell at NASBA.org:
Kansas H2339 passed the final Senate vote yesterday and is on its way to the Governor’s desk for signature. It is expected to be effective upon publication in the Kansas Register.
Wyoming’s Governor signed its state’s mobility legislation on March 2, 2009, with an effective date of July 1, 2009.
Oregon introduced SB867 on March 2, 2009, joining 7 other states with pending mobility legislation.
The scorecard: 36 States that have PASSED mobility; 8 states PENDING.
