Lonnie G. Hardy, CPA
We have been able to maintain an environment that is actually enjoyable, even in the midst of tax season.
Everyone knows that negative thinking is destructive and unproductive. Everyone sets their schedule and when they come or go is for the most part their business. We have achieve a very efficient, almost paperless office and it is refreshing to be unbound by the traditional grunt-work of the CPA profession.
Most days, most people are out of here by 6:00 to 6:30 P.M. (we do come in a little early, between 7:00 and 8:00 A.M.) Saturdays are encouraged, but are optional.
Our productivity is well above the averages, because when staff are happy, they work smart and efficient. What else can I say?
