Kostin, Ruffkess, based in Farmington, CT, is merging in Themistos & Dane, of Springfield, Mass.
Themistos adds four partners, 25 staffers, and a fourth office to Kostin, now renamed Kostin, Ruffkess, Themistos & Dane. The new firm will number more than 100 people, including 17 partners, cementing its position as one of the largest local firms in the Northeast.
