Focus, an online service for business information, says “media tablets have become poised like never before to dominate the home computer market.” How long before they become a staple in your office?

We just recently purchased iPads for all our partners. The longer we use them the more we find we are able to use for the firm and business. I never carry a portfolio to a client’s I just take my iPad.

I have an iPad for personal use. However, I’m testing it on work items as quckly as possible to determine if I can leave my laptop at home when I travel. With 10 hours of battery life and the ability to connnect almost anywhere, it makes a lot of sense for quick trips.
We are also looking at iPads and ebook readers for delivery of continuing education sessions in the future.
